Our Contractors Product offers a bespoke policy encompassing, liabilities, Contract Works, Plant cover and Legal Expenses.
We write Contractors policies on a wages & turnover basis including CAR risks with target being:
- Product can include Insureds Own Premises (MD/BI/Money…)
- Height Work up to 15 metres (will consider higher limits)
- Depth Work no more than 5 metres
- Contract limits not exceeding £2.5 million
- Contract Periods no longer than 18 months
We have particular appetite for risks such as :
- Ceiling & Partitioning Contractor
- Painter & Decorators
- Building Maintenance & Contractors
Please note for Contractors we would not be looking to write:
- Scaffolding Contractors
- Offshore Work
- Work at Petrochemical & Nuclear Locations
- Alarm Installers
- Asbestos Removal Contractors
- Civil Engineers with depth limits generally over 5 metres
